ï§ Through the use of LEAN (reducing waste) and Productivity concepts to increase throughput were able to transform four manufacturing sites into a World Class Operation.

Reported directly to the Global Operations Senior VP. I had full P&L responsibility here. This was a reorganization and turnaround issue for the Company. The Division had been purchased from DuPont and was an underperformer due to a number of issues.
ï§ Market direction and selling channels were optimized and proven. We were able to quickly get traction and move forward increasing sales by over $20 million a year.
